The kangaroo is a marsupial from the family Macropodidae. In common use the term is used to describe the largest species from this family,
'Kangaroo's" are native Animal of Australia

Here are some of the types of Kangaroos found in Australia

What is special about the kangaroo?
  • Kangaroos have large powerful hind legs, large feet designed for leaping, a long muscular tail for balance, and a small head.
  • The front cap found on female kangaroos to keep its young ones.

On record They are the only large animals to use hopping as a means of locomotion.

①.The red kangaroo (Osphranter rufus) is the largest of all kangaroos, the largest terrestrial mammal native to Australia commonly found of its red fur back.

②.The eastern grey & western grey kangaroo
This kangaroo is a marsupial found in eastern third of Australia, with a population of several million. It is also known as the great grey kangaroo and the forester kangaroo. 



③.The antilopine kangaroo, 
sometimes called the antilopine wallaroo or the antilopine wallaby, is a species of macropod found in northern Australia,Queensland,It is a locally common, gregarious grazer. Its recongnised  by its reddish tan colour on its head.

④.The northern or sandy nail-tail wallaby refers to Onychogalea unguifera, a species of macropod found across northern Australia on arid and sparsely wooded plains


The Diet in the kangaroos?
Kangaroos are herbivores. They eat grasses, flowers, leaves, ferns, moss and even insects.
 Like cows, kangaroos regurgitate their food and re-chew it before it is ready to be totally digested.

Mostly also the strong weapon on it as from the environment its the "kickfight" which is commonly using its strong long hing leg.
