These are reptiles of the order Testudines characterized by a special bony or cartilaginous shell developed from their ribs and acting as a shield. "Turtle" may refer to the order as a whole or to fresh-water and sea-dwelling testudines.

①.Green Sea Turtle

Also known pacfic Green turtles,And they are the only species in genus chelonia, An adult can weigh to 160kg and seem to be Endangered turtle

②.Kemp's Ridley Sea Turtle.

Its also called Atlantic Ridley sea turtle, And its the rarest from the genus lepidochelys

③.Hawksbill Turtle. 

Its called so because of its beck like of a haWk and it consist of a dozen overlapping scales coloured in orange,res streak gold and its critically and endaangered species aswell

④.Leatherback Turtle.

Some times called alute turtle and its the largest in size with 250-700kgs in weight ,its the only species in genus Dermochelys

⑤.Loggerhead Turtle.

Its called and ocenic turtle with anadult of 160kgs,since its a marine reptile this type spends most in water,commonly found in Africa

⑤.Olive Ridley Sea Turtle.

Also know as pacific ridley sea turtle, scienfic name is lepidochelys Olivacea and an adult can weigh upto 34-45 kgs

⑥.Flatback Sea Turtle.

Known as An Australian Flat back, usually its endemic to the sandy beaches and its scientific name is Natator depressus

Turtles Are commonly known for mating in the waters

Turtles lay their eggs on land ,as they dig their nest inside the holes And the temperture of the land on the eggs determines the sex of the turtle were in hot temp its a female and in a cool temp its a male turtle.

Surprisly turtles are different species which feed on specific diet due to some havs teeth Others lack teeth.

Like the loggerheads feeds on lobsters,fish the greenturtles are known to be vegeterans the leatherback feed on jelly fish.

Turtle vs. Tortoise.
Tortoises and turtles are both reptiles from the order of Testudines, but in different classification families. The major difference between the two is that tortoises dwell on land, while turtles live in the water some or nearly all of the time.
